Hilco Vision has a state-of-the-art facility in Fairfield, Ohio! We are currently searching for a Distribution Team Lead to join the team! The Distribution team Lead is responsible for working with the Distribution Supervisor and team to ensure that distribution goals are met. Areas of focus for the Distribution team Lead include Quality Control, Material Handling, Safety, Support, etc. The hours for this role are 11:30am - 7:30pm.
Qualifications:
Adhere to all organizational safety practices including following appropriate procedures, as well as the proper wearing of required PPE in designated areasCommitted to leading by example with regards to attendance, work quality, and exhibiting a positive attitudeCommitted to quality, excellent attention to detail and processes in order to reach a common goal of producing a great product for all customersAble to work independently and within a team environment; understanding that the customer need is of the utmost importanceAble to understand work orders that are processed, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExperience w/ operating a cherry picker, electric pallet jack, stand reach truck, and forklift.Responsibilities:
Assemble work orders or pick lists, and pull necessary packing materials for setup, as well as manage the backorder reportPartner with the Distribution Supervisor to develop and manage a daily schedule of all orders and assign tasks to teamEnsure all orders are complete and in-full, conduct quality control, work orders are issued, and labor hours are entered correctlyPartner with Distribution Supervisor to communicate appropriately regarding shipping, planning and operationsPartner with Distribution Supervisor to ensure adequate staffing levels are met and guarantee that the team has what they need to be successfulOther duties as assignedPhysical Requirements
This role requires the ability to lift up to 20 poundsThis role requires the ability to sit for long periods of time and complete repetitive taskThis role requires hand dexterityBenefits:
