Genesis10 is currently seeking a Cognitive Implementation Engineer with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.
Responsibilities:Responsible for building business process networks using a virtual assistant technology that integrate into other systems with a focus on user experienceCollaborate with other functions to validate feasibility, obtain technical requirements, and ensure the process is optimized during the development cycleResponsible for the implementation of processes into the Virtual Assistant using the BPMN standardBuild and maintain a script library that can be used across multiple domainsPerform unit testing during the development phase ensuring adequate error handling is establishedProvide a timely resolution or workaround when bugs or outages occur
Requirements:
Good understanding of at least 1 scripting language such as JavaScript or GroovyUnderstanding of OOP conceptsExperienced in DevOps and agile methodologyExperience with integration frameworks like Apache CAMEL or similar technologies such as MuleSoftUnderstanding of various web services like REST and/or SOAPExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independentlyAbility to communicate to technical and non-technical audienceStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsHands-on expertise designing and implementing AI conversational experiences via chatbots or virtual assistants, at enterprise scale
