Job DescriptionPosition SummaryThe Integrated Business Planning & Execution Enablement Director is a strategic leader responsible for driving productivity and efficiency within the IBP&E team. This role focuses on team cohesion, change management, training and development, and optimizing resources and tools. The IBP&E Enablement Director is critical to ensuring enterprise-wide and supply chain initiatives are ingested successfully within the Beer Integrated Business Planning & Fulfillment processes with an eye towards building best in class integrated business planning and fulfillment capabilities of the future. As the IBP&E Enablement team is in the infancy stages of development, the Director, IBP&E Enablement will begin with one direct report (Sr. Mgr, IBP&E Project Manager), but anticipated to grow the team another 2-4 roles in the near future as the IBP&E continues to transform through their digital journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the SVP, IBP&E to establish the agenda for the Beer Division's IBP&E operations, including growth philosophy, principles, and processes.

Process Efficiency Leadership: Design, implement, and optimize IBP&E processes to enhance organizational efficiency. Analyze current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategic plans to streamline operations.

Project Management: Lead a team in executing and delivering cost innovation initiatives, strategic new product introductions, operational improvements, and other critical projects through comprehensive end-to-end supply chain project management.

Process Improvement Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive process improvement strategy aligned with organizational goals. Lead a team focused on collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute process improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Training & Development: Set strategic objectives for team members to design, deliver, and evaluate the IBP&E team’s training and development programs in collaboration with Corporate Training & Development partners, aligning with company and team goals.

Change Management: Establish and lead change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and implementation of process improvements. Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to gain buy-in and support for changes.

Performance Measurement and Reporting: Identify, develop, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of process improvements. Prepare and present regular reports on activities, outcomes, and benefits to IBP&E and Beer Leadership. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Culture: Oversee the IBP&E culture initiatives set by IBP&E leadership annually, to model a culture where diverse perspectives are prioritized, and inclusivity is core to how we work and achieve success.

This role highlights the need for a leader who is not only skilled in process improvement techniques but also capable of driving change and fostering a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has a combination of strategy, operations, coaching, and continuous improvement experience, and can thrive in a high-growth and fast-paced environment. This role will work across various initiatives requiring a broad mix of work - some more operational/later stage and some strategic/ exploratory stage.

Role Expertise

B.A./B.S. majoring in Supply Chain, Operations or a business-related field, with 12+ years focused on continuous improvement. CPG industry or beverage manufacturer preferred.

PMP, Certified Black Belt or Master Black Belt from an accredited institution preferred. Experience with product management, agile and scrum preferred.

Leadership experience managing a team of professionals required.

In depth experience with Supply Chain and Integrated Business Planning processes required, with a focus on strategic planning, process improvement and transformation.

Proven knowledge and understanding of standard precision practices, technology and supporting industry principles.
