As a Technical Project Manager on our team, you’ll oversee the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. As you guide your team, you’ll partner with clients to develop innovative solutions to complex problems for our DoD client. You’ll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to lead the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.

You Have:

7+ years of experience as a Technical IT or Cybersecurity Project Manager

Experience with managing large-scale DoD network deployments

Experience with leading teams, including managing resources and deliverables or overseeing the day-to-day tasks of the team

Experience with leading and managing project teams and providing clear direction and support

Experience with project management tools and methodologies

Knowledge of AI integration and autonomous systems

Ability to perform process mapping and analyze processes for efficiencies

Ability to manage schedules and tasks for implementations, deployments, and operations

Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering

Nice If You Have:

Experience with edge computing and IoT devices

Experience with robotics and control systems

Experience with DevOps practices and tools

Knowledge of data science and statistical analysis

Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices

Ability to demonstrate a track record of successful project deployments

Ability to mentor and guide junior team members

Possession of leadership and team management skills

Master's degree

Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2 Certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
