EXAMPLE OF DUTIES The Business Manager V manages the business affairs of a State institution; directs the budgeting activities of the institution; provides staff assistance to the supervisor on administrative matters; serves in a liaison capacity with staff personnel; and performs other related duties as assigned. The immediate vacancy position is responsible for directing the financial management of the Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) Division including the accounting systems and methods; fiscal and auxiliary services including all procurement and contractual management for the division; real property management of all FTZ assets; program planning and budgeting; management of FTZ Division Business Office personnel; contracted personnel management functions; and acts on behalf of the FTZ as state and federal division liaison.
