Lantheus is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compensation and Equity Manager to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in compensation job leveling and benchmarking, and equity administration. The Compensation and Equity Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring equitable and competitive compensation and benefits packages for our employees, while also managing our equity programs effectively.

Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions:Compensation

Reviews requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignment.Assist with job matching and market pricing for jobs; applies job evaluation techniques to ensure internal and external competitiveness while adhering to all pay equity laws.Perform job evaluations, conduct external benchmarking of roles to determine appropriate job and compensation levels.Develops and/or participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position.Assist in administering the Annual Compensation Process; including base salary increases, promotions, bonus and equity awards, including compensation statements.Participates in annual market analysis and makes recommendations to support salary ranges and annual budget requests.Assist with CD&A information for the proxy including gathering data for the executive compensation tables.Performs staff support activities to develop, implement and administer compensation programs.Audits jobs for content and prepares job descriptions reflecting job responsibilities, activities, duties and requirements.

Equity/Stock Administration

Administer the global stock program, including maintenance of data (e.g., new hires, annual grants, terminations, etc.) in the stock system. Serve as the point of contact for the System vendor.Ensure all participant stock plan transactions (grants, exercises, vesting, forfeitures, distributions, etc.) are correctly processed and settled in a timely manner.Perform regular reviews of stock and participant data to maintain high level of accuracy and data integrity.Assist in the administration of the ESPP (Employee Stock Purchase Plan) including employee communication at the start and close of each offering period.Maintain documents for plan administration, including SoX evidence and audit reports. Prepare quarterly and annual SoX testing.Implement and monitor processes, identifying areas for streamlining and increased efficiency.Working with legal, maintain termination process for insider list and update if applicable.

Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.Minimum of 7 years compensation and/or equity experience.Understands how HR and payroll systems are interrelated.Strong excel knowledge including vlookups, pivot tables, If/then statements, macros.Data driven approach to consult with stakeholders to solve issues.Intellectually curious and proactive.Excellent risk assessment and decision-making skills with a bias to get to "yes".Must be able to work at the Bedford, MA site 3 - 4 days per week.
