In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Systems Consulting.Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Technology Business Systems Consulting challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.This role requires the analyst to utilize strong technical skills (solid understanding of databases and back-end systems) to research and profile data sources and compare and reconcile large datasets through the use of .SQL (not performing a basic extract to excel and then compare results).While profiling the existing data sets you will communicate the results to the product owner and other business analysts so that their user stories and requirements document all the different business rules needed implement updates to the existing systems.Once development work has begun, need to perform back-end testing to assist technology in identifying the root cause of an issue, the providing the severity/impact of the issue so it can be properly prioritized.After the updates have been made, need to be able to research production issues and assist the business in defining a workaround until both the historical records and preventative fix can be put in place.5+ years of experience working with SQL - 6+ YearsAdvanced SQL query writing - 6+ YearsEEO:"Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of - Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans."
