A top-tier company in the manufacturing and distribution industry is on the lookout for a Business Systems Analyst to drive the successful implementation and optimization of their ERP (Syteline) system. This key role is essential for enhancing business processes and spearheading continuous improvement through cutting-edge technology. Required Skills & Experience:Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.3+ years of experience with Syteline in a manufacturing/distribution environment.Experience with Syteline modules and system integrations.Proficiency in troubleshooting and optimizing ERP systems.Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Familiarity with ERP design, testing, and documentation.Desired Skills & Experience:
Understand and support business practices within the Syteline system.Document and manage business requirements and processes.Assist with system testing, configuration, and training.Act as a liaison between business teams and technical resources.Maintain system documentation and ensure seamless data integration with other applications.Location:
This is a fully onsite position at the facility in Bartlett, IL.
