We are seeking an Affiliate Manager for our client in the telecommunications space. The Affiliate Manager will oversee and grow their channel program, working closely with the strategy, sales, marketing, product management, and finance teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals and smooth execution. This role involves strategic planning, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance to drive the success and expansion of their affiliate program.Candidates for this role must be local or comfortable commuting to the Sandy Springs/Dunwoody area Monday-Thursday each week.Key Responsibilities:

Develop strategies to expand partnerships and increase market reach, driving growth and success for company collaborations.Oversee the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new channel partners.Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing channel partners, offering support and guidance to optimize their performance.Track, analyze, and report on channel program performance, providing senior management with regular updates on effectiveness and ROI.Maintain regular communication with channel partners, providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment with program objectives.Create and implement strategies to grow channel programs, including promotions, incentives, marketing support, exclusive offers, and training.Key Qualifications:

Must have 8+ years of experience in business development, channel development, or managing partnerships within the telecommunications industry.Must demonstrate a deep understanding of the telecommunication industries and be able to sell products and services at a high level.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Must have a detail and data oriented mindset.
