Customer Service Representative
SNI Companies is seeking a highly skilled and professional Customer Service Representative to join our clients team in Hollywood. This on-site role combines customer service and some cash handling duties, operating as a critical point of contact for members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls, addressing inquiries related to checking and savings accounts, debit cards, and other account services
- Perform occasional cash processing and manage funds, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.
- Deliver exceptional service to members via phone and in-person interactions, ensuring a positive experience at all times.
- Maintain a polished and professional demeanor, reflecting the company's values and commitment to excellence.
- Utilize basic computer skills to manage account information, process transactions, send emails, and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with cash handling and basic register balancing responsibilities preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with common office software and systems.
Schedule: 8am - 4:30pm
