Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth across multiple platforms. This role will be responsible for managing HubSpot, overseeing HVAC-related blogs, coordinating email marketing campaigns, producing informative YouTube videos under the "Mechanical Pros" series, and managing our LinkedIn social media presence. Additionally, this position will focus on CRM growth and optimization, tailored marketing strategies, content development, market expansion, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the HVAC industry, experience with content creation, and a proven track record in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Growth and Optimization:

Develop and implement strategies to expand and optimize our CRM database, increasing the number of qualified contacts.

Oversee the collection, segmentation, and management of customer data for targeted, personalized marketing efforts.

Collaborate with sales teams to leverage CRM data for lead generation and conversion.

Strategic Marketing Leadership:

Develop and implement a forward-thinking marketing strategy that supports MRG’s aggressive growth goals across all divisions.

Ensure marketing efforts are closely aligned with our enterprising sales strategies, focusing on market share expansion and key vendor partnerships.

Mechanical Pro’s YouTube Channel Growth:

Lead the reboot and expansion of MRG’s Mechanical Pro’s YouTube channel.

Position MRG as a leading voice in the HVAC industry by creating engaging, educational content that underscores our expertise as technical specialists.

Utilize the channel to reinforce MRG’s thought leadership and drive engagement within our target markets.

Vendor Partner Enhancement:

Strengthen marketing initiatives to support MRG’s vendor partners by aligning campaigns with their objectives and promoting their products effectively.

Collaborate with vendor partners to co-develop content, joint promotions, and targeted marketing strategies that enhance visibility and drive sales.

Tailored Marketing Strategies:

Design and execute marketing strategies tailored to HVAC engineers, contractors, building owners, and facility managers.

Create targeted content and campaigns that address the specific challenges of each customer segment.

Utilize customer and market research to ensure marketing messages resonate with intended audiences and drive engagement.

Content Strategy and Development:

Lead the creation of content that reflects our commitment to cutting-edge HVAC solutions.

Oversee the production of marketing materials that address the needs of building owners, engineers, and contractors, highlighting MRG’s expertise in the HVAC industry.

Develop, write, and manage HVAC-related blogs that resonate with our target audience, addressing industry trends, best practices, and company expertise.

Lead the production of educational and informational YouTube videos under the “Mechanical Pros” series.

Market Expansion and Territory Growth:

Support the expansion into key regions with targeted marketing strategies tailored to each market’s unique opportunities and challenges.

Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure cohesive market penetration and growth.

Formulate and execute marketing strategies tailored to MRG’s expansion into new territories.

Identify key market opportunities, conduct thorough market analysis, and deploy tailored marketing initiatives to ensure successful penetration and growth in these regions.

Marketing Strategy and Execution:

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and events, focusing on CRM growth and lead generation.

Utilize data-driven insights from CRM and analytics tools to refine strategies and optimize campaign performance.

Ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints while promoting key product lines.

Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:

Enhance customer interactions through effective use of CRM and account management tools, ensuring clear communication and customer experience.

Lead initiatives to educate customers on our advanced solutions, positioning MRG as a trusted advisor in the HVAC industry.

Leadership and Team Management:

Supervise and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with MRG’s strategic goals and maintaining high content quality.

Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging content creation that positions MRG as a leader in HVAC solutions.

Provide regular feedback and development opportunities, ensuring continuous improvement and brand alignment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the HVAC industry.

Strong background in CRM management and a proven track record of growing and optimizing CRM databases.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that align with long-term business goals.

Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics to inform marketing decisions.

Strong writing and content development skills, with experience in blogging and video production.

Excellent understanding of SEO, email marketing, and social media management.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for driving creative and strategic initiatives.

Desired Skills

Expertise in content marketing, digital marketing, and social media strategies.

Ability to adapt to industry trends and proactively adjust marketing strategies to align with MRG’s growth objectives.

Experience in the HVAC industry or related technical field is highly desired.
