Job Description
The Supply Chain Management Intern will be responsible for the following. Other duties may be assigned as required.
Material planning analysis, ensuring inventory in according to internal policy, monitor and confirm material availability including deviations (i.e., demand fluctuation, inventory discrepancies, critical stock).
Send releases to suppliers in according to internal processes, and track problems for issues during transit. This would include issues with trucks, customs or receiving at the plant.
Coverage report analysis, overstock or low stock, escalation in time, root cause analysis, demand analysis midterm and long term.
SAP Maintenance; parameters in SAP in according to internal policies and KPI tracking, monthly reporting for inventory control, supplier delivery performance.
Actively participate within the value stream and department teams. .
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Engineering required.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred student pursuing career in Supply Chain Management
