Direct Hire and Onsite in Houston (downtown)
We need a strong understanding of the Nomination, Distribution, and Scheduling business processes. You will be accountable for gathering, analyzing and documenting the requirements from our business stakeholders to allow continuous improvement of our commercial applications.
Your duties will also include managing product backlog and prioritizing deliverables to provide best value for our stakeholders.
Work with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements
Develop user stories to communicate business requirements to development teams
Develop business design documents based on business requirements
Work with development/QA teams to help translate the business design into technical design and test approach
Collaborate with development teams during design, development, and testing to make sure deliverables match business requirements
requirements
3+ years of experience in Oil & Gas Transportation industry working in Nomination, Distribution and Scheduling business domains
5+ years of Business Analyst experience
Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles
Proficiency in managing application backlog using tools like ADO TFS or Jira
Experience working in an Agile organization using Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or other scaling model
