Certification Details BLS Job Requirements Requested Skill Set: RN license Must have: teamwork, compassion, collaboration and communication skills Advanced skills needed: Medical-Surgical experience (i.e. including experience with various respiratory diseases/illnesses, renal disease, gi illnesses/diseases, tele, CVCs, indwelling catheters, heparin gtts, etc) Schedule Information Scheduling requirements: 4 weekend shifts per 28 day schedule, fall into holiday rotation Floating policy: Fall into rotation with other staff Patient Experience requirements: 72% - utilizing communication boards Unit Specific Information Patient Ratios: 1:6 Unit staffing description: Clinical Coordinators, Unit Secretary, PCTs, Case Management Type of equipment: walkers, iv pumps, scds, etc Documentation system: Meditech Dress Code: Navy Blue Scrubs
