Reporting to the Director of IT Projects and Compliance. The perfect candidate will have 6+ years of experience to take on a leadership role within our organization. The successful candidate will lead strategic planning and architecture for D365 solutions, oversee the full lifecycle of development projects, and serve as the subject matter expert for Dynamics 365. This senior position demands expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure services, and advanced programming for D365 customization. The ideal applicant will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, mentoring technical teams, and maintaining a commitment to staying abreast of the latest D365 developments.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead the strategic planning and architecture of Dynamics 365 solutions to align with business goalsOversee the full lifecycle of D365 development projects, from conception to deployment and supportServe as the subject matter expert for Dynamics 365, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholdersDesign and implement complex integrations and data migrations with minimal disruption to business operationsDevelop advanced customizations and extensions for D365 using best practices in coding and securityConduct performance tuning and optimization of the D365 environmentMentor and develop Tier 1 and Tier 2 developers, fostering a culture of technical excellenceEnsure compliance with industry standards and maintain up-to-date knowledge of D365 updates and trendsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field6+ years of extensive experience in Dynamics 365 development and system administrationDemonstrated leadership in managing complex D365 projects and technical teamsExpertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure services, and enterprise integration patternsProficient in advanced programming languages and tools relevant to D365 customizationExceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsCommitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of the curve in D365 advancementsBenefitsBenefits100% Company-paid comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependentsEmployee Equity Incentive Program401(k) MatchUnlimited PTOSalary Range

$110,000-$140,000Your actual level and base salary will be determined case-by-case and may vary based on the job-related qualification, knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
