Purpose

This position is primarily responsible for the coordination of the strategy development, program development, and implementation of programs across the Service Customer Journey. This includes business partner/vendor management and enhancements to align with Genesis brand direction, providing various support functions to the CX Team, managing the budgets/purchasing process for applicable projects and ongoing program operations, and Supporting HMA management and key stakeholders to develop, implement and operate the Genesis Retail Service experience with the focus on maximizing service retention and brand loyalty as well as increasing dealer/HMA parts sales.Major Responsibilities

Provide full project management support for all day-to-day activities of Genesis Retail Service Experience.Use independent judgment to develop business requirements, implementation, and maintenance of Retail Service Experience across all service/parts customer touch points adding and improving the Genesis Service Process Guide.Manage the Genesis Retail Service Experience partner programs to increase guest satisfaction with the experience driving owner satisfaction, increased parts sales, retention and loyalty.Coordinates system assessment, design, and implementation of necessary technology to supports data and system needs of the Customer Experience Journey.Manage vendor partners by working with existing and perspective supplier(s) to develop and maintain necessary RFPs, Statements of Work (SOW), Service Level Agreements (SLA) etc. coordinating efforts through Purchasing and Legal.Maintain supplier agreements, change orders, purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoices. Facilitate processing and approvals with internal departments.Manage all dealer supplier invoicing, reimbursements and inquiries for field and retailers. Interface with finance to ensure timeliness and accuracy of monthly dealer payments to ensure timely delivery of monthly billing for dealers.Coordinate with Regions, Field, and Retailers for; general inquires, administration of all programs, and assistance with development of training/program announcement materials.Documents and/or analyzes customer touch points and customer data to identify opportunities.Works to continuously identify new technological opportunities to effectively exceed guest expectations for Service Retail experience.Major Responsibilities (continued)

Authority

Oversee performance of suppliers and internal support departments (e.g., HAEA, DBP). Includes developing scope, monitoring quality, and ensuring delivery of goods and services.Independently review and approve deliverables from suppliers and internal support departments, including but not limited to analysis, reports, presentations, and field and retailer communications.Create, release, and pay departmental invoices through SAP.Education

Related Experience

At least five years of relevant experience, of which at least three years is directly related experience within the automotive industry.Two or more years of experience in Retail Service in a National, field or retail/dealership capacity.Two or more years of experience in Customer Relations or related experience.Automotive retail service experience and knowledge of retail operations and field operations.Skills/Knowledge

Ability to work with all levels of management.Strategic planning skills.Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.Good negotiation skills.High level of proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.Strong understanding of Retail Service process and the After Sales Customer Journey.Ability to quickly grasp data mining as it pertains to customer communication needs.Must have analytical, written and oral communication skills.Ability to work with many different personalities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent decision-making skills with defined judgement ability and maturity.Certification
