JOB SUMMARY:We are seeking a highly skilled Multi-Channel Communication Specialist to develop and execute communication strategies that engage our Client partners and internal audiences. This role involves writing and editing varied communication materials, collaborating with cross-functional teams for brand-aligned content, and supporting partner event initiatives to boost engagement and follow-ups. Ideal candidates should be adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, staying updated on industry trends, and ensuring messaging consistency across all platforms.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement effective multi-channel communication strategies for ServiceNow partners and internal audiences.Write and edit emails, newsletters, social media posts, event collateral, and presentations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce content that meets our brand and business objectives.Support partner event initiatives, including driving registration, engagement, and follow-up activities.Ensure messaging consistency across all platforms and stay informed on communication and marketing best practices.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong writing and editing capabilities.Excellent project management and organizational skills.The ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with partners.
Industry Experience:
Prior experience in a B2B SaaS company environment is beneficial but not mandatory.General knowledge of marketing tools like Canva, LinkedIn, Marketo, SharePoint, and Adobe Analytics is a plus, but not required.Some event support experience is advantageous.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
This role is fully remote, with some travel necessary up to three times a year to support partner events.Preference for candidates in the Pacific or Mountain Time zones.Opportunities for contract extension or transition to full-time employment are available.Either Mac or Windows laptops are acceptable, with a preference for Mac.
