Description:
At least a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field required, graduate level degree highly desired.
Proven experience in a quality assurance role at a lead level.
Proven leadership skill related to leading a team of ~15-20 QA/QC/tester personnel to conduct all aspects of QA/QC/testing for a large back-office program in an agile environment.
Strong knowledge or demonstrated ability to quickly acquire quality assurance methodologies and PTC polices, standards, and regulations.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of ISO standards and experience with PCI, SOC1, and SOC2 audits.
Ability to lead, manage, and work effectively as a leader of the QC/QA/Testing team.
Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational and planning skills.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, ADO in particular.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project) is desired.
Additional beneficial skills include:

ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies.
