Lead implementation of key IT projectsDevelop and execute on complex project plansPlan, coordinate, and facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Sync, and Inspect & Adapt events.Ensure adherence to SAFe principles and practices throughout the ART.Collaborate with stakeholders to manage and prioritize the ART backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and value delivery.Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies across teams and ARTs.Analyze metrics and data to identify opportunities for improvement in the ART's performance and effectiveness.Provide regular updates and reports on the ART's progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.And here's what you need to apply:
5+ years' experience as an RTE or Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in a SAFe environment.SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification (SPC 6.0 required.SAFe certifications (e.g., RTE, SM) and project/program management (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent) highly desirable.
