We're looking for an experienced and proven leader to join as our Senior Director, Compensation & Equity. Reporting to our Vice President, Human Resources - People Operations, you will drive success by bringing your deep compensation and equity expertise to our HR leadership team and helping us scale. You will utilize and combine your prior high growth company experience, quantitative rigor, business mindset, and communication skills to understand our business priorities, oversee and evolve our internal HR processes and platforms, design optimal recognition and rewards programs, and align with our performance management practices. You will be a trusted advisor and a critical leader in the Human Resources team.

Your Responsibilities:

Responsible for compensation and equity philosophy and practices and ensuring alignment with compensation philosophy and company values.Direct, design and plan broad-based compensation and equity policies and initiatives that attract and retain talent.Oversee external vendors and the collection of compensation survey data to ensure the organization's compensation programs are competitive.Drive analytical rigor and deep analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing programs and drive changes necessary to support future growth.Establish key metrics including usage, engagement, and cost analyses.Innovate and react quickly as business and market realities change, staying up to date on best practices and trends; ensure compliance with applicable legislation.Lead change management and communications of compensation and equity philosophy and practices with managers, team members, and across HR.Lead the team through regular benchmarking cycles to analyze and assess market data, industry trends, and best practices to create market competitive base, short term and long term packages.Drive our compensation approach as related to both organic and in-organic growth of our company.Build strong partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders including HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, finance and business leaders.Strategize with the Talent Acquisition team to develop competitive offers rooted in market data and aligned with our compensation philosophy for new hires and existing employees.Ensure timely compliance with federal and local (including state, city, provincial) jurisdictions.

Qualifications:

10+ years' experience in compensation and equity design, planning, M&A, and evolving strategies due to acceleration of the organization.Extensive exposure to building and successfully executing Compensation, linking to our overall Total Rewards strategies for high-growth companies.Proven ability to track, prioritize and drive to success multiple concurrent projects with a strong operational background.Hands-on leader. You're resourceful, forward-thinking, drawn to building from ambiguous and unsolved problems and have an "own the outcome" mindset.A visionary who is able to build the strategy to operationalize (able to see both the big picture while also understanding the details and impact to making the vision a reality).Influence and partnering with a diverse group of stakeholders, able to partner with deeply technical as well as operational, business-minded leaders on key compensation topics.You devote time to and are passionate about educating, mentoring and teaching partners the values and business impact behind compensation, linkage of Total Rewards and comprehensive HR processes.
