Position OverviewAs a Senior-Level Human Resources Director at Residentials Transition Inc., you will oversee all facets of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This role requires self-initiative and a strategic approach to organizational development to enhance internal practices. At RTI, we support individuals integrated into the community, both in their own homes and within our residential settings. Role Responsibilities

Develop and Execute HR Strategies:

Develop, monitor, and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's business objectives.

Recruitment and Succession Planning:

Oversee the recruitment and selection process and develop and execute strategic succession planning to ensure leadership continuity.

Employee Relations:

Act as a liaison between management and employees to address demands, grievances, and other issues effectively.

Performance Management:

Manage and refine a performance appraisal system that promotes high performance and employee growth.

Compensation and Benefits:

Maintain competitive pay plans and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.

Training and Development:

Assess, monitor, and develop training programs to meet organizational needs.

Policy Development:

Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to meet evolving organizational needs and regulatory changes.

Compliance:

Ensure HR policies and practices comply with federal, state, and industry-specific regulations, including 245D licensing, Worker’s compensation law, OSHA, etc.

Leadership and Supervision:

Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering development, accountability, and a positive organizational culture.

Special Projects:

Complete special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience with proven leadership skills, including experience with strategic succession planning.

Must have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for recruiting and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) for other HR functions and processes. Familiarity with Paycor is preferred.

Knowledge of compliance requirements, federal, state, and industry-specific regulations.

Experience in developing, reviewing, and updating HR policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

Master’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

SHRM Certification.

Experience managing HR practices within the mental health or social services industry, including recruiting and managing talent.

Compensation:$100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
