Lead Software Engineer

What you'll do
Technical Leadership : Build and lead a high-performance engineering team focusing on our iOS/Android apps, desktop portal, data/infra, and API development.
Hands-on Development : Contribute directly to the codebase, specifically in AI-driven features and custom APIs. Design and implement scalable, secure, and compliant infrastructure using no-code/low-code interfaces to deliver value product.
DevOps & CI/CD : Implement continuous integration and delivery pipelines, optimize cloud infrastructure, and manage DevOps processes.
Recruitment & Team Growth : Recruit top talent, mentor junior engineers, and scale the team to meet the growing demands of the business.
Availability : Be in the office M-F, and available during nights and weekends to support critical product launches and address urgent technical issues.
Who you are
Experience : 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in a fast-paced startup environment. Preferably Seed to Series C. Strong preference for former founders.
Fintech and Healthcare : Domain expertise in the policy and infrastructure complexities of the US healthcare system and familiarity with regulations on consumer fintech.
Infra/Data Layer Expertise : Proven experience designing and developing infrastructure and data layers for automating tedious, unsexy business processes.
