The Strategy and Business Development Manager will be expected to supervise the development of these investments through different extensions as well as identifying new opportunities either as greenfield and brownfield projects or as relevant acquisitions.

Responsibilities:

To work in close cooperation with the team in the HQ

to support the successful delivery of projects in the pipeline by enabling cross-functional teams to execute in a coordinated manner.to create development strategies for each investment and to maximize their sales potentialto identify and understand the trucking market together with more distant markets that can be reached by rail and/or barge on investmentsto perform ongoing analysis of the economic, demographic, and competitive landscape of current and potential marketsto identify new opportunities and to build strong business cases to justify new investmentsto foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, efficiency and entrepreneurship as the team grows in the United Statesto maintain knowledge of the business in the United States and to monitor the latest industry news and trends.to drive the smooth integration of the new businesses into the company's existing value chain

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field

Experience: +10 years of proven success in the cement industry, preferably in one of the following areas: business development, strategic planning, sales, or marketing.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and business acumen skills

Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely, and to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse cultural backgrounds.
