Our client, one of the largest financial services firms, is seeking a Business Analyst.

Job Purpose:•Lead workstreams that enhance issue management programs, focusing on issue identification, root cause analysis, remediation, monitoring, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:•Issue Management Leadership: Lead end-to-end issue management projects, including root cause analysis, remediation, and management reporting of identified issues•Create and execute reporting processes that provide progress updates and measurable results on the efficacy of the issue management program•Manage the development of presentations for senior management review, ensuring clarity and precision in communicating complex issues.•Gather and analyze requirements. Organize and document business needs to enable design and development•Lead and influence cross-functional teams•Provide consultation to development team and product owner for business facing application enhancements.
Educational Background:•Degree from a top-tier academic institution.
Experience:•A minimum of 10 years in financial services, with proven experience in leading projects or teams in risk management, control frameworks, or business process optimization.•Control & Risk Frameworks: Experience with developing and implementing control and risk management frameworks.
