Assists in oversight of the Early Head Start/Head Start web based data management system, and maintains office files of Early Head Start/Head Start applications and enrollment forms.
Essential Functions
Assist with administrative duties for the Early Head Start/Head Start web based data management system.Establish users, user environment, directories, and security for Early Head Start/Head Start web based datamanagement system.Provide trainings and technical assistance to staff on an as-needed basis.Utilize the data management system for tracking on children, family and staff.Compile information into relevant demographic data reports for needs assessment and program planning.Provide data management and reporting support for Early Head Start/Head Start staff.Maintain administrative files for student applications and enrollments.Regularly runs reports for status of children and works with center/collaboration staff to ensure the correct entryof information.Maintain Status Change forms for all center and collaboration children.Meet all required reporting responsibilities.Complies with all policies and standardsPerforms other duties as assigned
