Responsibilities:Develop and manage company-wide QA processes and proceduresManage and mentor a team of QA engineers on multiple projectsReview and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely feedbackDevelop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans, testing strategies, test cases and checklistsPrioritize, plan testing activities and be able to lead testing activitiesIdentify and report issues found, then verify that issues are resolvedPerform regression, sanity and smoke testingRequirements:
5+ years of work experienceExperience in testing 3D desktop/mobile/VR applicationsExperience in testing web applicationsExperience in creating test documentation (test plans, test cases, checklists, testing strategy), maintenance of existing documentationSolid understanding of the basics of applications testing (types, ways of organizing tests)Experience and understanding of different development methodologiesExperience organizing and maintaining testing processes in projectsExperience in requirements clarification and daily communication with customersFamiliarity with VR/AR technologiesProficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level, enabling effective communication within an international team environment.Bonus points:
