This requires a smart, highly collaborative team who can identify, investigate, and implement new technologies to continue securely scaling our global business.Docusign is looking for a seasoned software engineer to join our microservices framework team focused on building highly scalable, available, and reliable distributed systems. The Microservices Framework at Docusign ensures critical back-end services scale with the company’s continued rapid growth.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, Engineering.ResponsibilityBe open minded, forward thinking and passionate about great software platform and cloud technologiesThink about how to solve problems in scale and build automation to manage complex software systemsDevelop testable, high-quality, and ship-ready code with ample test coverageWork with Product Management and other developers to understand and translate engineering requirements into design requirements and provide estimates for developmentWork as part of a cross-site development team to drive design, implementation, testing and release of microservices platformJob Designation

Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)What you bring

BasicBachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Informatics or equivalent2+ years software development experience2+ years experience writing C#/Java code and working with cloud deployment and configuration tools using scripting and configuration platformsPreferredExperience in cloud technologies, Docker and Kubernetes, microservices architectureExperiences with the entire software development lifecycle, including version control (git), build process, testing, and code releaseAbility to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environmentHave an interest in working on a highly available siteA passion to learn new software technologies and platformsWage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $108,700 - $168,675 base salaryThis role is also eligible for bonus and
