Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
to lead our technical vision, drive innovation, and scale our engineering efforts.Role Overview:As the
CTO , you will define and execute the technology strategy, ensuring our AI products are at the forefront of the industry. You will oversee the development of scalable and high-performing AI systems, working closely with the CEO and leadership team to align technology initiatives with business goals. In this role, you will lead the engineering team, ensure rapid innovation, and guide the company through its growth and upcoming IPO.Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership:
Define the company’s technical vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.Innovation & Product Development:

Ensure our technology infrastructure is prepared to scale rapidly as we transition through pre-IPO and beyond, supporting our business expansion.Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate technical strategies and progress effectively to leadership, investors, and board members.Qualifications:Proven experience as a CTO or senior technology leader at a high-growth tech company, ideally within AI, machine learning, or deep tech.Extensive experience in designing, building, and deploying scalable AI systems and platforms.Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing engineering teams.Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and data science technologies, with the ability to lead innovation and push boundaries.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage both strategic vision and technical execution.Experience navigating the challenges of pre-IPO growth and scaling technology infrastructure.Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies.Why Join Us?Equity-Only:
