As a Salesforce Business Analyst at Old National, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business objectives and the native capabilities of the Salesforce platform. Our growing team needs someone to help drive critical enterprise initiatives, tying together the specialized business line needs with the greater platform capabilities. The Salesforce BA will be the primary owner of business requirement documentation for the Salesforce build team. Working with a team of Salesforce Admins and technical partnership, the Salesforce BA will be a thought leader for the teams internal processes and a key spokesperson and team representative to internal stakeholders. An ideal candidate will naturally view the world with curiosity first and relentless pursuit of the ultimate why. This role demands a simultaneous in-flow and out-flow mentality: seeking business input and clarity, and providing clear updates and guidance to move both business and build forward. Key Accountabilities Key Accountability 1: Work with stakeholders to identify and gather requirements in alignment with business goals, objectives and key results in order to drive forward movement that supports the alignment of business needs with Salesforce build Key Accountability 2: Evaluate existing business processes against industry standards, identify areas for improvement, and facilitate conversations with the business to drive actionable change in alignment with stated priorities and key results Key Accountability 3: Own closing the documentation gap that currently exists in this space: from user stories to process flows to supporting background materials
