We are looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Manager, to join our Outbound Marketing Team who shares our passion for the firearms industry and is ready to take our marketing efforts to the next level.

Job Overview:As the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving our marketing strategies across social media, partnership marketing, affiliate marketing, and trade shows/events. You will lead a team of dedicated management level professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure our brand's success and growth in the firearms market.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the firearms industry.Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across social media, affiliate programs, partnership marketing, and trade shows.Conduct brand audits and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, including the Affiliate and Partnership Manager and the Social Media and Event Manager.Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and professional development.Provide career development opportunities for team members.

Social Media Management:

Create and execute engaging social media strategies that resonate with our firearms, outdoor and defense community for each PA business.Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all social media platforms, highlighting our products, values, and community engagement.Develop and implement a crisis communication plan. Manage brand reputation during potential crises or negative publicity.Increase market share and revenue.

Partnership Marketing:

Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key players in the firearms industry.Develop joint marketing initiatives with partners to drive mutual growth and brand recognition.Manage and grow the brand ambassador team.Grow media kit sales program and increase the revenue.

Affiliate Marketing:

Oversee the affiliate marketing program, including recruitment, management, and performance tracking of affiliate partners.Implement strategies to optimize affiliate performance and ROI, focusing on quality and reliability.

Event Coordination:

Lead the planning and execution of trade show participation, including booth design, logistics, and on-site management.Ensure trade show activities align with overall marketing objectives and maximize brand exposure.Improve the events that are held by PA by savings cost and increase the attendance.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.Manage and improve business unit's KPIs.

Budget Management

Develop and manage the marketing budget in Partnership, brand marketing business units, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.Track marketing ROI and adjust budget allocations accordingly.Manage business units' P&L.

Customer Engagement and Retention

Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.Develop customer loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance brand advocacy.Implement customer feedback mechanisms to drive product and marketing improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Firearms Industry experience preferred.5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on brand marketing, partnerships, affiliate programs or trade shows.Strong understanding of social media platforms, affiliate marketing programs, and partnership development.Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.Proficient in marketing analytics, tools and software. (Excel, Monday.com, AvantLink)Experience managing brand reputation during crises or negative publicity. Ability to develop and implement crisis communication plans.Strong ability to collaborate with teams across different departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service.Ability to track marketing ROI and adjust budgets accordingly. Skill in developing and managing marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and business unit P&L.Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Proficiency in using data analytics to inform marketing strategies and measure performance. Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.Experience with content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, and video production.
