What We Need:We are looking for an HR Data Analyst on the People Analytics team at iHeartMedia! Your primary focus will be to leverage data and analytics to help the Human Resources Division reach its goals. We are looking for an individual to build Workday reports, create simple and advanced calculated fields, and design and update dashboards to find useful insights that lead to impactful business decisions. You will play a crucial role in the ongoing data management process, ensuring accurate data capture and manipulation to facilitate meaningful measurement and reporting. Your expertise in data visualization will be instrumental in translating complex information into actionable insights for HR business partners and function leads. We need proactive solutions-oriented individual to help support technical reporting requests and compliance reporting needs from internal and external stakeholders. If you possess a passion for leveraging data to drive informed decision-making, along with strong skills in building Workday calculated fields, crafting reports, and providing insightful analysis, this role presents an ideal opportunity for you to make a meaningful impact within the HR team at iHeartMedia! What You'll Do:

Leverage Workday to collect, cleanse, harmonize, and visualize datasets for ongoing reportingSupport cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of ad-hoc reporting requests and meet deadlinesRespond to Workday analytics & reporting inquiries across the iHeartMedia businessProven ability to simplistically visualize dataAnalyze data to discover insights and determine takeaways to enable teams to make evidence-based decisionsHeavily utilize Workday and Microsoft Excel to pull, manipulate, and examine people information and survey feedback to identify insights that drive business decisionsLead multiple time-sensitive projects at a time to deliver actionable resultsMaintain data governance framework and ensure accuracy and quality assurance in all analytics projectsSupport 3rd party and legal compliance reporting requirementsAutomate manual reporting and leverage AI to create efficiencies, where feasibleSupport the design and implementation of reporting solutions to enable iHeartMedia stakeholders to better understand employees and make effective people decisionsWhat You'll Need:

1-3 years of relevant experience in HR data reporting, analysis, or a related fieldExtensive experience using the Workday HRIS platformExperience in HR data reporting and data analysisStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysisExceptional experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Data VisualizationAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environmentTakes initiative, demonstrates resourcefulness, and excels in finding creative solutions to challengesAble to turn data into insight which creates more impactful business outcomesA positive attitude and willingness to take on new responsibilities and tasks as neededWhat You'll Bring:
