Job Description

As a B2B Product Marketing Manager, have you successfully developed impactful value propositions focusing on customer challenges and solutions rather than product features? Does shaping messaging that speaks to the real challenges and goals of Financial Professionals (CFOs) at medium-sized businesses energize you?

Your Mission: develop the strategy, value propositions, messaging, content, and sales enablement, as well as advocacy to help expand Sage Intacct around the world. Your first key project will be to partner with your leader to implement new and impactful messaging focused on the CFO, covering the entire customer journey.

What will help you succeed? A non-linear, data-driven mindset will be essential in creating impactful value propositions prioritizing customer challenges and solutions rather than product features. Your strong writing skills will play a key role in crafting customer-focused copy that drives engagement and conversion. At the same time, your ability to work across cultures and borders will help you collaborate with cross-functional teams globally. A “get it done” attitude and a nimble, adaptable approach, much like a marketing consultant, are crucial as you navigate various projects and teams. A “move the needle” mindset will empower you to identify high-impact opportunities and deliver meaningful results that grow the business.

Minimum Qualifications - Is This You?

5 years of B2B Product Marketing experience with a strong emphasis on solutions-focused messaging.

You can provide impactful examples (work or personal, e.g. blog) of your impactful copywriting abilities.

You have a start-up mentality and non-linear thinking - an ability to think outside the box enabling you to “move the needle” and continuously innovate.

You are known for your effective communication skills with the ability to articulate your thoughts concisely and with simplicity to a global audience.

You have a performance-focused and revenue-driven mindset, ensuring that your strategies and efforts consistently contribute to business growth and measurable results.

You bring a resourceful, data-driven approach, using insights to influence outcomes.

Location Requirement:Hybrid; 2 days per week of in-office collaboration from our new North America Headquarters in Atlanta (619 Ponce, March 2025)

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:In collaboration with colleagues in marketing (industry, brand, campaigns, performance, partner, and customer), sales, customer success, and product management you’ll focus, support, and/or own:

Strategy: Define and articulate a winning strategy for Sage Intacct through a verticalized and customer-driven approach targeting the CFO/COO/Chief People Officer, focused on achieving our ambition and growth targets.

Value Proposition: Develop the positioning, value proposition, key audiences, pricing, tiering, and packaging for Sage Intacct focusing on understanding the market, meeting customer needs, and differentiating Sage Intacct's offering.

Messaging and Content: Develop effective messaging and content strategies tailored to specific vertical markets, ensuring that product marketing efforts are aligned with customer needs, product vision, and business goals.

Advocacy: Be the subject matter expert for Sage Intacct supporting both internal and external stakeholders to effectively build the knowledge and network of the solution.

Expansion: Launch Sage Intacct into new regions and lead go-to-market planning to ensure efficient execution.
