Our 65,000+ associates work across the globe at more than 15 unique operating companies within three platforms—life sciences, diagnostics, and biotechnology.As a Digital Customer Data Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing our entire Commercial AI Customer Data architecture, which includes a Snowflake Datawarehouse, Salesforce DataCloud CDP, MDM tools, an AI tech stack, and middleware. This role demands strong technical expertise in MarTech and Customer Data Management Architecture, enabling seamless integration and operation of these systems to support data-driven decision-making across sales and marketing.This position is part of the Danaher Life Sciences Customer Experience & Commerce Team and will be located in the USA- Remote.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Design and oversee the integration of Snowflake, Salesforce DataCloud CDP, MDM, AI tech stack, and middleware to create a scalable and robust Commercial AI Data Architecture.Build and optimize customer audiences and segments using data insights to drive personalized marketing and sales efforts.Manage and streamline data flows across systems, ensuring seamless activation of data for marketing and sales use cases.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, IT, marketing) to align architecture with business objectives.Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security protocols across all systems and platforms.The essential requirements of the job include:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.7-10 years of experience in designing and managing MarTech or customer data management architectures.Proven experience with data platforms such as Snowflake, Salesforce DataCloud, and MDM tools.Proficiency in data integration, segmentation, and activation strategies across complex MarTech stacks.Knowledge of data privacy and governance protocols, including GDPR and CCPA compliance.Travel Requirements:Ability to travel – travel up to 25% of the time globally.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:AI/ML implementation and use case development within B2B sales and marketing.Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects or change management within complex organizations.The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $145,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
