Required : Possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or other related discipline.ExperienceRequired : Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in database management. Work experience of less than 5 years may be considered acceptable for candidates who otherwise meet all other qualifications and have familiarity with specific data management processes.Required : SECRET security clearance.Job ObjectiveThe NLAP Database Manager/Administrator is responsible for the continuous development, collection, and delivery of data to this important event-based evaluation process. This employee will join a small team that is responsible for the safe, fair, and transparent processing of information that supports the decision-makers who attend each event. NLAP is designed to assess candidates through five measures: human performance and physical tests; psychological evaluations; executive writing; peer and subordinate evaluations; and an interview with other NSW leaders. NLAP is conducted at NSW facilities in San Diego, CA and Little Creek, VA throughout the year.ResponsibilitiesBuild and utilize templates, databases, and data tools utilizing Microsoft forms and other applications.Accurately present personnel performance summaries, analyze longitudinal data trends, and develop future data-centric deliverables with minimal guidance and supervision.Minimum Job Requirements/Technical RequirementsPossess skills capable of analyzing longitudinal quantitative and qualitative compiled data and production and presentation of summaries to support executive decision makers.Candidate should have demonstrated strong attention to detail; high accuracy of products produced; and communication skills to relate to senior officers during assessment interviews.Work LocationAbout LukosLukos delivers professional services to the Department of Defense.
