Our client is seeking a passionate People & Culture Partner to join the People & Culture team. You'll play a vital role in creating a positive workplace culture by managing recruitment, employee relations, engagement, and HRIS. We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, approachable, and skilled at building relationships. Other responsibilities include HR administration, managing benefits enrollment, and troubleshooting the HRIS system. The salary for this position ranges from $90,000-$100,000 with a 3% annual bonus.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of HR experience, including hands-on roles where you wore many hats (recruiting, benefits enrollment, employee engagement, etc.)Solid understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel advanced functions, pivot tables, manipulating data, etc.) and a willingness to learn new systems.Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organizationExperience managing and troubleshooting HRIS systems (preferably Paycom)

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
