Business Development Manager

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the civil engineering sector. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of market trends.Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand DrBalcony’s market presence and client base.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations, effectively communicating the value of DrBalcony’s services.Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with project execution capabilities.Set and achieve sales targets and objectives in alignment with corporate goals.Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners to ensure favorable terms for the company.Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent DrBalcony and foster relationships.Provide regular reports on business development progress and pipeline forecasts to the executive team.Perform competitor analysis and identify strategic partnerships to enhance DrBalcony’s offerings.Plan and monitor yearly marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with customer needs and company goals.Plan and participate in industry expos, conferences, and other customer-facing events to represent the company and engage with potential customers.RequirementsQualifications
