The OpportunityLesley University is seeking an Associate Director of Enrollment Marketing. In this collaborative role, you'll work closely with the Vice President of Enrollment Initiatives and report to the Associate Vice President of Brand & Content. You'll join the Enrollment and Marketing team to develop and manage content aimed at meeting enrollment goals.

As the Associate Director of Enrollment Marketing, you'll be responsible for crafting and managing content across digital, print, and social media channels to support enrollment goals. This role involves close collaboration with the admissions team, faculty, and other stakeholders to deliver targeted, audience-specific messaging. You'll oversee content in the CRM system, assist with communications, and enhance recruitment strategies through partnerships with vendors and performance analysis. Additionally, you'll update web content, support recruitment events and travel, and contribute to overall marketing and outreach efforts to drive the university's enrollment objectives.

Qualities and Capabilities

Bachelor’s degree required.

Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience is required. Experience in higher education and admissions is preferred.

Familiarity with the principles, practices, and techniques of oral and written communications and interpersonal relationship skills.

Skill in writing for a variety of audiences and for a variety of media such as email, web, print, and social media.

Previous hands-on experience working with databases and student information systems, preferably with an admission CRM system.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office software suite.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively.

A commitment to diversity and an appreciation for working with diverse populations.

Higher education experience (e.g. admission, recruitment, communications/marketing).

Experience with foundational skills in photo and video editing, including optimizing content for social media.

Experience with the development and implementation of print and electronic communication strategies, including familiarity with HTML and CSS.

Strong attention to detail along with excellent organizational, workflow, and time management skills.

Experience working with a web content management system.

Any other duties needed to help drive the university’s vision, mission, and abide by the university’s values.

Valid U.S. driver’s license.
