Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer with 5+ years of experience to lead and drive the design of intuitive and engaging user experiences across our product portfolio. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be vital in shaping the user experience strategy, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from research and concept development to final implementation.

Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions and identify user needs.

Develop and iterate on user personas, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.

Conduct usability and A/B testing to validate design solutions and make data-driven improvements.

Mentor and guide junior UX designers, providing feedback and ensuring adherence to design best practices.

Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to continuously improving design processes and methodologies.

Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design.

Present and communicate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating user-centered designs for web and mobile applications.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Deep understanding of UX principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Experience leading UX projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex user needs into simple, elegant design solutions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

Experience with usability testing, A/B testing, and data-driven design.

Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS) is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + bonus opportunity.
