Working knowledge and experience in managing and supporting Azure AD & Active Directory environment that supports over 100,000 or more users such as but not limited to Azure Commercial Cloud, Azure Government Cloud and on-premises.
Working knowledge and experience in managing and supporting Domain Certificate Services, Active Directory DNS, Distributed File Services
Knowledge and experience in supporting Microsoft Active Directory Synchronization Services (ADSS), Azure/Entra ID Connect and cloud-based directory services (i.e. ADFS, LDAP, SAML/OATH)
Knowledge and experience in managing and supporting MFA and Conditional Access policy - Knowledge and experience in managing and supporting Azure Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
Working knowledge and experience in developing scripts and automation tools to streamline administrative and routine task to optimize Azure AD & Active Directory environment.
Working knowledge and experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex Active Directory, authentication & access control related issues and providing root cause analysis
Experience Preferred
Two (2) years of experience within the last three (3) years managing, supporting, configuring, and troubleshooting Azure AD & Active Directory environment working with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory related issues.
One (1) years of experience within the last three (3) years Coordinating technical troubleshooting efforts and/or security incident or investigations, root cause analysis, recommend and mitigate effects caused by any given incident in an enterprise environment.
Education Preferred
This classification requires the possession of a bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology-related or Engineering field or a closely related field.
Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
