Overview

Leepfrog Technologies, Inc. is a software development company in the education technology industry. Our academic operations platform, CourseLeaf, is used by over 500 colleges and universities to support curriculum management, catalog publishing, academic scheduling, student registration, and syllabi management.

Our Event Coordinator is a member of the Marketing Team, leading the coordination of our participation in 25+ conferences and supporting the implementation of our annual Leepfrog User Community Conference and bi-annual CourseLeaf Executive Forum. This position selects conference sponsorships, coordinates conference travel and logistics, supports the development of booth content, and assists the sales team with their conference presence.

What You'll DoManage Leepfrog's participation in conferences and trade shows, including the annual Leepfrog User Conference and bi-annual Executive Forum, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget.Coordinate the on-site presence at events, overseeing booth design, marketing materials, and logistical arrangements.Prepare checklists and summaries of key information for conference attendees, ensuring a positive experience at each event.Collaborate with hotels and vendors for conference logistics, including material preparation and shipping.Evaluate conference performance and return on investment, identifying areas for improvement to enhance future results.Requirements

A minimum of two (2) years' prior event planning experience is requiredA bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is requiredMust possess competency with Windows OS, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel, Firefox, and other computer applicationsProject management and customer service skills are requiredExperience working with HubSpot, Canva, and SalesForce is not required, but would be beneficial.
