We are looking for a Lead HRIS Analyst to join our team. The key accountabilities include optimizing Workday and leading projects, ensuring data integrity, report writing, and interpreting data flows for process improvement opportunities. The ability to work effectively with peers to set technology priorities. This role also supports other related People System tools which includes upgrades, issue resolution, testing, and other technical projects as assigned!What you'll do

Performs system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS system upgrades or issues. Collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate the application of upgrade or fix.Provides support, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.Recommends and consults on process improvements, innovative solutions, and policy changes. Provides advice and options on the best way to automate processes in the system.Conducts training, including developing user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Trains stakeholders on new processes/functionality.Works closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement system enhancements that align with organizational needs.This role requires

8+ years of experience with HR SystemsBachelor's degree in business, HR or related fieldIntermediate Excel skillsSolid attention to detail, particularly with reporting and auditingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Workday with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in capturing business requirements and translating them into system configurationExpertise in at least three of the following product areas: Core HCM (required), Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Performance Management, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Payroll and a solid foundation in the following cross-functional skills: Custom Reporting and Calculated Fields, Business Process Configuration, SecurityBonus points if you have

$122,000 - $153,000The pay range above represents a reasonable estimate of the salary for the listed position. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan.
