Discover how you can grow your career, make impact and drive real change with our Winning Team today.Working ArrangementHybridJob DescriptionJoin our Global Enterprise Technology Services Team!Reporting to our AVP, Product Management; our Senior Director will be leading our technical and operations teams in collaboration with our North America and Asia partners.Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Global Database Practices, and Operations Team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.Develop and implement database management strategies tailored to the regional teams, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security, while promoting the adoption of various patterns and robust data governance practices.Stay updated on industry standard processes and emerging technologies in database management, patterns, and data governance, and make recommendations for their implementation in the context of Asia and North America.
