This position serves as the Lead Program Administrative Specialist and acts as a Deputy Administrative Officer leading the day-to-day activities of the administrative support team that functions in support of the OCDETF Program on a wide array of Procurement, Contracting work, Supplies, Property, Office Moves, Travel and Time/Attendance.Duties

The duties and responsibilities for a Lead Program Administrative Specialist generally include, but are not limited to, the following:Provide job training to new employees in accordance with established procedures and practices.Resolve simple, informal complaints of employees and refer others to supervisor.Research, learn, and apply a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods to identify, assess, analyze, or improve team effectiveness, efficiency of work products.Review information for agreements with vendors for recurring needs.Serve as lead technical advisor for property management matters.Oversee travel assistants, reviewing the workload of contractors and other agencies responsible for providing services to the program.Salary

$117,962 - $153,354/yearConditions of Employment

To qualify for the position of Lead Program Administrative Specialist, (GS-0301-13), you must meet the basic qualification requirements listed below AND possess the required specialized experience specific to this series and grade.If you are a current Department of Justice employee on a permanent appointment in the competitive service, you will need to demonstrate 1-year (52-weeks) at the next lower grade level, to meet the time-in-grade requirements for this occupational series and grade.Specialized Experience:

For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is providing leadership to staff in the developing, analyzing, and interpreting of operations administrative program issues.You
