We are looking for a CRM Manager for a top beauty company in New York, New York.Hourly Pay Rate: $60-68/hourResponsibilities:

Email, SMS and loyalty delivery, cadence and performance across 3 brandsDevelopment of robust activation plans to drive conversion, revenue and profitabilityDevelopment and execution of robust consumer analytics, reports and analysis to inform and drive all touchpoints of the consumer lifecycle with the agility in adapting the right KPIs and insightsPresent regular updates via presentations, recaps etc. that combine data-driven insights with actionable tactics that contribute to business goalsLead and define loyalty program strategies that drive customer engagement, retention and lifetime valueDevelop an A/B Testing cadence and roadmap to optimize and evolve the consumer experience across key CRM tacticsServe as technical expert for marketing technology including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics and other CRM platform techRequired Qualifications:

College Degree8-10 years in a direct-to-consumer CRM roleExperience in a direct-to-consumer business required.Experience developing or running a brand loyalty programRelated work experience which demonstrates an understanding of and skill in the confluence of brand management and direct-to-consumer marketing principlesExpert knowledge and skill with data, data management, data activation and analytics, particularly as it relates to CRM and consumer dataDemonstrated strength in communication and influencing skills; not only written and verbal, but also in the engagement of internal and external business partnersAbility effectively analyze and translate data into actionable business plansHighly collaborative across different stakeholders in a matrixed environmentStrong prioritization and problem solving skillsOpen to new ideas with thirst for innovationSelf-motivated, results and solution oriented, strategic thinkerIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
