Summary:The main function of a business development consultant is to lead the development and implementation of services provided by the Customer Care/Cat Connect organization in support of the clients' strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership to senior business leaders on overall Customer Care strategy development and implementation of client requirements.Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/servicesDevelop a growth strategy focused on Customer Care and Cat Connect that advocates the company's key offerings and predicts clients' objectives.

Skills:

Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage one's time.Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, human resources or relevant field required.5-7 years related experience required.

Compensation:The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
