We are looking for a strategically minded Salesforce Solution Architect responsible for leading the Salesforce platform implementation, management, and the industry best practices. You have a breadth of knowledge and experience in business solutions delivery, business process best practices and functional design. As the Solution Architect you focus on delivery of complex Salesforce solutions, from discovery to deployment, while collaborating with client stakeholders, functional and technical team members. You are a self-driven individual with a "get it done" attitude and passion to solve complex business and technology problems.
What you will do:
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectationsTranslate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platforms and productsLead functional and business design sessions; architect and document business process flows; identify gaps between Fusable's current and desired end stateLead functional and business process teamsProvide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionalityDesign and manage the execution of test plans to ensure a quality solution is deliveredAct as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments. Where appropriate, this could include deploying changesCollaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirementsFollow and understand new Salesforce products and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitionsProvide expertise during sales efforts to determine design, feasibility and estimationsSupervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of SalesforceCoach and mentor junior technical and functional team membersQualifications
8+ years of CRM industry experience, the majority specifically with Salesforce5+ years experience in leading role in delivering Salesforce projectsExpertise in one or multiple Salesforce Clouds including Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Data, Financial, etc.Strong knowledge and experience of Salesforce functional development and configuration. Specific qualifications:Understanding of function system architecture and ability to design scalable, maintainable and organized solutions.Understanding of key design patterns, data modeling and best practices.Expert understanding and experience of data sharing and visibility considerations.Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and map to Salesforce out-of-the-box functionalityRequirements elicitation, analysis, management and documentationExpert knowledge of Salesforce & CRM business processes with the ability to design and optimize business processes to Salesforce out-of-the-box functionalityExperience and exposure in CPQ, and Salesforce AI product capabilities.Base understanding of technical areas of Salesforce including Apex, LWC, Triggers and Flows.Excellent writing and oral communications skillsUp-to-date knowledge and training on latest Salesforce releases, features and developments.Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hireFusable is a growth platform for vital national industries such as construction, and agriculture.
