What you see is what you get… authentic, humble and fun people who Run with Sasquatch!The Marketing Intern – Partnerships & Experiential will be a key team member supporting the execution of strategic brand alliances, properties, and perpetuation of all Link Snacks, Inc. brands via partnership and experiential marketing in service of achieving key business objectives. This internship will primarily focus on two to three key projects focused on the key accountabilities of the team: Strategic Partnerships and Experiential Marketing. Exposure to live marketing engagements and event production will be a key opportunity in bringing creative concepting to life via partnerships & experiences.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe duties and responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:Partnership Coordination and Ideation:

Support strategic partnerships portfolio as well as ideate on new opportunities that achieve brand objectives

Maintain annual activity calendarParticipate in weekly agency/team updatesDevelop pipeline of ideas for assigned project/brief

Experiential Planning and Activation:

Participation in the planning and execution of assigned events. For example, coordination of annual Invitational Golf Event for Jack Link’s partners/vendors/suppliers

Manage registrationsResearch and manage non-consumable itemsCoordinate vendor servicesServe as liaison to golf property for event planningAssemble leadership update materials as project progresses

Internal Communication:

Assist team in highlighting partner and experiential activity for internal stakeholder consumption

Weekly beat reportingData collection and cataloguing for future team use
