What we're looking for...
Oatey, a global leader in manufacturing, has embarked on a transformative journey of implementing SAP S/4 HANA. The SAP Senior Analyst will be the subject matter expert for Order-To-Cash processes (OTC), including pricing. This role will perform SAP application design, development and implementation within the organization and IT SAP Applications architecture.
Supporting projects will be a large portion of this position at Oatey. Expectations would be to lead the blueprint activities, interpret business requirements, estimate the work, make process recommendations and configure SAP to ensure quality and accountability of the project completion.

Adhere to established best practices, procedures, guidelines and compliance with respect to SAP application architecture standardsDevelop application solution designs that align with the defined SAP Applications architecture, standards and processesResearch, evaluate SAP application architecture design and new technology, recommend where neededUnderstand and establish communication on user needs and prioritiesWork closely with SAP developers and other OTC resourcesSupport projects as the IT lead for OTC and pricingPerform unit, system, integration and regression testing through the project life cycleCreate and update functional specification documentsSupport SAP Specialists and SAP AnalystsAble to work in agile environment and handle multiple initiatives parallellyExpectations & Accountabilities...
8+ years of SAP-OTC experience (2+ years in SAP S/4 HANA)5+ years of SAP Pricing experience (Vistex experience preferred)5+ years of project experienceCommission Contracts and Rebate processing experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving skillsStrong collaboration skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasksBachelor's degree in business, management information systems or related field, or equivalent work experienceWhy Oatey?
