Insight Global is Seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a College or University Degree in Computer Science or Business. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in functional business analysis, preferably within a manufacturing company. Proficiency with ERP solutions (such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) is essential. Strong communication skills, collaboration abilities, and a proactive attitude toward learning are key.Compensation: 70k - 85kExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and educationBenefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.

Required Skills & Experience
College or University Degree in Computer Science or Business.Two years working as a functional business analyst, preferably in a manufacturing company.Two years experience with ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.Experience in understanding business requirements and translating them to ERP solutions.Previous good collaboration with Business Systems Uat all levels.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
SAP S/4 experience in a Manufacturing environment.Experience working with Sales, Distribution, and Logistics solutions.Understanding of the intercompany business processes concepts.Experience in systems interfacing with other internal and/or external systems (monitoring and support).
