Cisco Unified Communications Engineer

to join our team to provide enterprise-wide Cisco Voice and Video infrastructure operations support for a variety of IT infrastructure services for the Department of Interior Bureau of Reclamation.This position is hybrid in Denver, Colorado.No application window deadline.Duties & Responsibilities:The Reclamation IT Enterprise Unified Communications Engineer develops, installs, maintains, and supports a broad range of systems and technologies.Responsible for daily operations including restoring services in case of outage, troubleshooting call routing and PSTN issues, building out new infrastructure, maintaining the existing, and optimizing current and future configurations.Responsible for the existing full time monitoring solutions, the tools used for bulk configuration change, and cybersecurity vulnerability detection and remediation.Qualifications:
